Murali K. Krishna - COO, USA Operations

Murali is an engineer with over 20 years of experience; heads Engineering Operations in the USA.
He has hands-on experience in CAD, CAM Software, Product Design and Manufacturing Engineering in the Automotive & Aerospace industry.
He has designed and developed Aircraft parts, Ground Support and Testing equipment.

Jim Ardis - Executive Director, Corporate Strategies

Diverse background over 25 years as small business owner, Representative for Global Chemical Distribution Company and Midwest Regional Director for National Utility Services Company.
B.S., Industrial Technology, Illinois State University.
Elected Mayor, City of Peoria (2nd Term). Board Member for St. Jude Midwest Affiliate, Board President of Peoria Promise and Board President for Tim Ardis Foundation for Hope.

Brad Belshaw - Vice President, Global Sales

Brad graduated from Illinois State University in 1971 and taught Mathematics in the Peoria area for seven years
Joined Caterpillar, Inc. in July 1978; retired from Caterpillar, Inc. in 2009 after 30+ years with the company
Brad was successful in building a strategic supplier relationship that grew to over 1300 onsite and offshore resources that provided IT, Engineering, and Process services to Caterpillar.

Ajay Sarup – Director Sales ( Aerospace) Americas

Engineer with 24 + years of Business Development and Operational Strategies experience in 3 Continents.
18 years of Business Development in North America.
Extensive International Trade experience.
MBA from The George Washington University in Washington DC.

David Coleman - Business Development Manager

David graduated from Bradley University with a BS in Marketing and Economics
He worked for a major lawn & garden OEM as a Regional Sales Manager
He has 23 years of sales, sales management and customer service experience working with many Fortune 100 Companies such as Wal-Mart, Target, The Home Depot, Kraft Foods, Coca-Cola, Pfizer, and Honeywell.

Anil Lall - Engineering Manager

Anil heads the Axis Engineering Design group.
He is a Mechanical Engineer professional with 30 years of engineering experience & has held senior and executive engineering positions in various organisations.
Anil has also worked on the development of new technologies for for small scale manufacture in paper and pulp plant industries.

Dr. Gunnar Pálsson - Software Development Center Manager

Gunnar has a bachelors degree in Physics and Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from Rutgers University, U.S.A.
Gunnar heads the software development center in India.
Before joining Axis, Gunnar carried out research in the field of Theoretical Physics and is an expert in scientific modeling software.

Shweta Agrawal - Company Secretary

Shweta is in-charge of legal & secretarial functions and responsible for the Axis corporate governance practices.
She has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from Delhi University & is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries. She is a qualified Cost and Works Accountant from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants.
She has worked with Stock Brokers & Depository Participants and has practiced independently as a Company Secretary.
